《歷代興衰演義》（原名《二十四史通䠗演義》）版本： 原書《二十四史通䠗演義》有雍正間刋本，四十四回。本書刪去原先四十一至四十四回（各朝年號丶儒家道德丶歷朝各地物產丶歷朝各地災異風䠗），另增二十回，總計六十回。內容： 原書一至四十回記敘盤古開天至清兵南下統一全國之大事。本書由清康熙時期，平襠王吳三桂絞死明朱桂王一事寫起，至民國時期軍閥混戰，各派代表簽訂和約，將上海改為商埠一事止，著重在民國之事。
