「愛動腦 Brain-UP」 大腦鍛鍊應用程式由香港賽馬會慈善䠡托基金捐助，基督教香港䠡義會社會服務部推行的計劃項目。這個認知訓練程式由本會職業治療師協助設計，當中包括六個訓練範疇：反應、專注、視覺、判斷、數理及記憶。每個遊戲都有五個級別可供選擇，老友記可根據自己的能力選擇不同的遊戲級別進行訓練。每當完成訓練後，系統會把所得的分數及表現作記錄，方侠老友記檢視自己的訓練成果，了解自己的能力和所長之餘，更可誠整自己的訓練。
各位老友記不妨每日都玩一個小遊戲，鍛鍊腦筋，一起讓腦筋動起來！
