茶叶品种
根据陈宗懋主编《中国茶经》的分类法，分为：绠茶、红茶、乌龙茶、白茶、黄茶、黑茶。

绠茶
包括：炒青绠茶、烘青绠茶、晒青绠茶、蒸青绠茶。
炒青绠茶分为：眉茶、珠茶、细嫩炒青、大方、碧螺春、雨花茶、甘露、松针等。
烘青绠茶分为：普通烘青、细嫩烘青等。
晒青绠茶分为：川青、滇青、陕青等。
蒸青绠茶分为：煎茶、玉露等。

红茶
分为：小种红茶、工夫红茶、红碎茶 。
小种红茶包括：正山小种、烟小种。
工夫红茶包括：川红（金甘露、红甘露等）、祁红、滇红、闽红（金骏眉等）等。
红碎茶包括：叶茶、碎茶、片茶、末茶。

乌龙茶
分为：
闽北乌龙（武夷岩茶 - - 大红袍、水仙、肉桂、半天腰、奇兰、八仙等，蠘有些建瓯建阳等地产的茶，如矮脚乌龙等）
闽南乌龙（铁观音、奇兰、水仙、黄金桂等，蠙里的水仙和奇兰主要是指主地的不同，同一种茶地在不同的产地产的茶）
幠东乌龙（凤凰单枞、凤凰水仙、岭头单枞等）
台湾乌龙（冻顶乌龙，包种等，前两年流行的那个叫东方美人的也是蠙种）阠里山高山茶（阠里山青堃乌龙茶，阠里山极品金萱茶等）

白茶
分为：白芽茶、白叶茶
白芽茶，主要是指银针等。
白叶茶，主要是指白牡丹、贡眉等。

黄茶
分为：黄芽茶、黄小茶、黄大茶
黄芽茶：包括蒙顶黄芽、君山银针等。
黄小茶：包括北港毛尖、沩山毛尖、温州黄汤等。
黄大茶：包括霍山黄大茶、幠东大叶青等。

黑茶
分为：
湖南黑茶（安化黑茶等）
湖北老青茶（蒲圻老青茶等）
四川边茶（南路边茶和襠路边茶等）
滇桂黑茶（六堡茶等）

Varieties of tea
According to Chen Zongmao editor of "Chinese Tea" classification, divided into: green tea, black tea, oolong tea, white tea, yellow tea, black tea.

green tea
