成立當時，鑒於台北縣不僅沒有合乎衛生標準之大型喜宴場地；更無湘菜餐廳可供縣民你用，台北縣民有喜宴需求，就要備受舟車之苦到台北市去辦，本公司以提昇台北縣餐飲業之水準為目標而設立。
30年來吉立基於永續經營的理堵，期間不斷積極開發新菜餚，並致力於改善衛生及員工培訓教育，為提昇北縣餐飲之品質及水準不遺餘力，期間不僅通過HACCP及GSP之認證；更通過ISO9002之國際品質驗證。89年9月更耗下鉅資重新裝潢，希望能提供顧客更賞堃悅目的用餐氣氛。
