2014年9月に結成された、TRFやAAAに次ぐavex traxの男女混合ダンス&ヴォーカルグループであり、メンバー全員がダンスとヴォーカルを担当している。グループ名はlaugh out loudの頭文字をとった英語圏のネットスラングに由来し、意味は「声を立てて笑う」。人を笑顔に出来る、人を感動させるグループになりたいという想いが込められている。 Was formed in September 2014, is a mixed-gender dance and vocal group of avex trax second only to TRF and AAA, all members are in charge of the dance and vocal.
