アルフレにはクロフト王国という魔法文明が発達した国がある。
今回の物語は、クロフト王国のアシュクロフト魔法学院で起きた話である。
学院生の間で、学院の７不思議という噂話が流行しており、７不思議の１つになんでも願いが叶う絵という噂がある。
主人公のパトリシア・アシュクロフト、マギー・バーグマンはその呪われた絵を探しに、こっそりと学院内を探しまわるのであった。
そして、謎の魔法少女バースティン・ローレンも時を同じくして、呪われた絵を探しに学院内を探すのであった。
不気味な力を感じて地下の立ち入り禁止の部屋に入ると、漆黒の背景に不気味な点が散りばめられた不気味な一枚の絵を発見する。
