Kalafina（カラフィナ）は、梶浦由記プロデュースによる日本の女性3人組ヴォーカルユニットです。
スペースクラフトプロデュース所属でレーベルはSME Recordsです。

梶浦由記プロデュースによる、劇場版「空の境界」主題歌プロジェクトとしてス゠ートし、シングル『oblivious』(2008年)で鮮烈のデビューを飾る。
以後、リリースするアルバム作品すべてがオリコンウィークリーチャートTop 10以内にチャートインし、2014年7月にリリースしたKalafina初となるBest Album『THE BEST “Red”』『THE BEST “Blue”』は、オリコンアルバムウィークリーチャート初登場3位(Blue)・4位(Red)を記録。
　2009年よりLive活動を本格化させ、2013年には4thアルバム『Consolation』を受けたライブツアーを全国9ヶ所15公演行い、約20,000人の動員を記録。2015年2月28日(土)・3月1日(日)に行われた、Kalafina初の日本武道館2days公演も大成功をおさめた。
また海外でも注目を浴びており、2009年にはボストンで開催されたアニメイベントに出演、2010年には台北・上海・香港にて初の海外ワンマンLive Tourを開催、以後、L.A.・シンガポール・マレーシア・ドイツ・ジャカル゠で開催されたアニメイベントに出演。2013年5月にシカゴで開催された「Anime Central 2013」、2014年5月に行われた香港2days公演では、フルBAND編成にてライブを行うなど、世界中が注目するヴォーカルユニットです。
