ソフトドリンク（Soft drink）は、アルコールを含まない、あるいは微量（1%（日本の酒税法では酒類とされない「1度」）未満）のアルコールを含む飲料である。
ソフトドリンクには法定義上の清涼飲料水に加え、乳飲料も含まれる。
アメリカでは、ソフトドリンクは一般に炭酸飲料を指し、ジュース、ミネラルウォー゠ー等はフードドリンクに分類されている。またイギリスではアメリカとほぼ同様だが、茶飲料、コーヒー飲料、および野菜ジュースはソフトドリンクからは除外されている。ドイツでは、果汁飲料およびミネラルウォー゠ーを含だ、またネク゠ー（果肉飲料）をジュースに分類している。

Soft drinks (Soft drink) does not include alcohol, or a very small amount (1% (in Japan of the Liquor Tax Law is not the liquor less than "one degree")) is a beverage that contains alcohol.
The soft drinks in addition to soft drinks on the legal definition, are also included milk beverage.
In the United States, soft drinks refers generally carbonated beverages, juice, mineral water, etc. are classified in Food and Drink. Also almost the same with the United States in the United Kingdom but, tea drinks, coffee drinks, and vegetable juices are excluded from the soft drink. In Germany, it includes fruit juice beverages and mineral water, also are classified nectar (the flesh beverages) to juice.
