主人公・直枝理樹は、幼馴染である棗恭介、その妹である鈴、同じく幼馴染の井ノ原真人、宮沢謙吾と共に全寮制の学校に通っていた。彼等は昔、何かを悪者に見立ててそれを成敗する正義の味方「リトルバス゠ーズ」を結成し、色々なことをしてきた。両親と死別し塞ぎこんでいた理樹にとって、自らを外に連れ出し広い世界を教えてくれたその存在は大きかった。時に無茶苦茶で考えられない行動をする彼等に巻き込まれながらもそのことを楽しく感じて彼らと一緒にいた理樹は、「ずっとこの時が続いたらいいのに」と考えていた。
