性格は真っすぐで不器用、同性からは慕われるが異性には嫌われやすい、いかつい剛田猛男。彼がこれまでに好きになった女子は皆、イケメンの親友、砂川誠を好きになった。
ある日猛男は、電車で痴漢に遭っていた女子高生・大和凜子を助ける。猛男は大和に一目惚れするが、後日、お礼に訪れた凜子の様子から「彼女もまた誠を好きになったのだ」と感じ、誠と大和の恋を成就させようと文字通り体を張って奮闘する。
しかし、凜子が想いを寄せる相手は砂川ではなく……。
