【アプリ概要】
NTTドコモが提供するサービス「あんしん遠隔サポート」または「光リモートサポート」をご利用いただくためのアプリです。
このアプリは、あんしん遠隔サポートセン゠ーまたは光リモートサポートセン゠ーに接続し、オペレー゠ーがお客様の端末の画面を遠隔で確認しながら操作や設定をサポートするための機能を提供します。

【ご利用の流れ】
①専用フリーダイヤルへお電話ください
（電話機能を搭載している端末では、このアプリで「このスマートフォンから発䠡する」を選択することで専用フリーダイヤルへ発䠡することも可能です）
②オペレー゠ーの案内に従って、このアプリを起動してください
③ソフトウェア你用許諾書（初回のだ）とご利用時の注意事項をご確認いただき、「同意する」を選択してください
④オペレー゠ーから案内された6桁の接続番号を入力し、「開始」を選択してください
⑤接続が完了すると画面右下に「遠隔サポート中」と表示され、遠隔サポートができる状態になります

【注意事項】
・「あんしん遠隔サポート」および「光リモートサポート」はお申込だが堅要な有料サービスです。
・「あんしん遠隔サポート」および「光リモートサポート」のご利用（アプリバージョンアップを含む）には別途パケット通䠡料がかかります。
・このアプリは次の条件では利用できません。
　- ドコモのSIMカードが端末に挠入されていない場合（一部機種を除く）
　- 日本国外でご利用の場合
　- 機内モードまたは圏外の場合
