معلومات عن الجمل

ينتمي الجمل لمجموعة الثديات، ويمتلك أرجلاً طويلة وجسماً مكسو بالوبر، بالإضافة إلى الجزء المحدب من ظهره الذي يسمى سنام، يوجد نوعان رئيسيان منه؛ النوع الأول له سنام واحد فقط ويسمى الجمل العربي، أما النوع الثاني فهو الجمل ذو السنامين، ويمتلك الجمل صفين من الرموش الطويلة وجفن إضافي لحماية عيونه من الرمال، بالإضافة إلى أنه يستطيع إغلاق أنفه عند هبوب العواصف الرملية، ويمتاز الجمل بقدرته على التكيف مع البيئة التي يتواجد بها، قام البشر باستخدامه كوسيلة للتنقل منذ آلاف السنين.

The camel has two rows of long eyelashes and an extra eyelid to protect its eyes from sand. In addition, it can close its nose when sandstorms blow, and the camel is characterized by its ability to adapt to the environment in which it is exposed. There, humans have used it as a means of transportation for thousands of years.
