حمود الخضر (ولد 1989 بالكويت) منشد كويتي. متزوج من ابنة الشيخ طارق السويدان.
انتقل في سنته الأولى إلى بريطانيا التي قضى فيها جزءاً من طفولته لظروف ابتعاث والده، وعاد بعدها إلى بلده الكويت حيث لا زال يقيم. دخل حمود للمجال الفني في سن مبكرة، فقد كان في العاشرة من عمره حين ضمّه خاله الذي كان منشداً آنذاك إلى فرقته ليشارك معه في كورال حفلاته وتسجيل أعماله الفنية في الاستوديو. وخلال هذه الفترة احتك الخضر بالعديد من الشعراء والملحنين والموزعين ومهندسي الصوت الأمر الذي ساعده في تكوين خبرة فنيه كبيرة بالنسبة لسنّه.وكانت انطلاقته الرسمية عام ٢٠٠٢م في سلسلة ألبومات "يا رجائي"، وتحديداً في نشيد "أمي فلسطين" التي أداها بطريقة الدويتو مع المنشد مشاري العرادة وحققت نجاحاً وانتشاراً واسعاً على مستوى الوطن العربي. استمر حمود في تقديم عشرات الأغاني المنفردة ... التي نالت شهرة واسعة على مستوى الوطن العربي كأغنية "فكرة" التي عرضت كإعلان تلفزيوني لشركة زين للاتصالات، وأغنية البرنامج التلفزيوني "خواطر" الذي يقدمه الإعلامي المعروف أحمد الشقيري على قناة... . بالإضافة إلى أغنية "يحلو الوصال" التي تم تصويرها كفيديوكليب في ولاية لوس أنجلوس-أمريكا وتجاوز عدد مشاهديها على اليوتيوب المليونين مشاهد خلال فترة وجيزة. أحيا الخضر حفلات عديدة في جميع دول الخليج وبعض الدول العربية كالأردن واليمن بالإضافة إلى مدن عالمية مثل شيكاغو ولندن واسطنبول وفانكوفر، ويحضر للاستماع له في حفلاته الآلاف ممن أحبوا صوته والرسالة الإيجابية التي يحملها دائماً عبر أغانيه.
يؤمن حمود بأن الصوت الجميل هو نعمة من الله يجب شكرها عن طريق استخدامها بشكل يرضي الله، وبأن الفن والموسيقى أدوات فعالة وقوية للتأثير في الناس سلباً أو إيجاباً. لذلك اختار الخضر أن يكون تأثير أغانيه إيجابياً من خلال طرح المواضيع الإنسانية والاجتماعية والروحانية وغيرها من المواضيع التي تحمل قيماً راقية تلهم كل من يستمع إليها.
