فطائر و معجنات

المعجّنات أو الفطائر هي كل ما يتم عمله باستخدام الدقيق والخميرة والسكّر، وهذه هي المكوّنات الأساسية للمعجنات، ويمكن إضافة مكوّنات أخرى لعمل أصناف مختلفة، وسنذكر هنا بعضاً من الطرق السريعة والسهلة لعمل المعجّنات في المنزل، والّتي يُفضّلها الكثيرون؛ فهي وجبة لذيذة.
