فتاوى النساء من القرآن والسنة

هدا التطبيق يحتوي على فتاوى شرعية خاصة بالنساء وما يتعلق بأمور دينهم في حياتهم اليومية
عريف الإفتاء :
الإفتاء لغةً: أصل الفعل "فتي أو فتو"، والإفتاء مصدر "فتي" تعني "الإبانة، أي إبانة الشيء على حقيقته بالبيان والعلم، ويقال أفتيت فلان أي أجبته عن مسألته التي سأل عنها.
الفتوى إصطلاحاً: الفتوى هي جواب المفتي عن أي سؤال من السائل وكان متعلّقاً بالحكم الشرعي للسؤال، وتكون الإجابة "إجتهاد" من المفتي فيما يتعلّق بالسؤال، بالإستناد إلى الأحكام الواردة في القرآن الكريم والسنّة النبويّة الشريفة.

أركان الفتوى:

أركان الإفتاء أربعة؛ وهي: المفتي، والمستفتي، والمستفتى عنه، والمفتى به.

1- المفتي: وهو العالم الشرعي الإسلامي الذي يقوم بإصدار الفتوى والإجابة عن السؤال.

2- المستفتي: وهو الشخص الطّالب للإجابة والحكم الشرعيّ.

3- المستفتى عنه: وهو السؤال عن الحكم، والمسألة المسؤول عنه، ويجب أن تكون هذه المسألى فيها إلتباس وتحتاج بياناً في الحكم، ويجب أن يكون المستفتى عنه فيه لبس وليس حكماً شرعيّاً واضحاً.

4- المفتى به: وهو الحكم الشرعيّ والجواب عن السؤال، ويكون الجواب مستمدّاً من القرآن الكريم، أو السنّة النبويّة، أو بالإجماع.

Corporal Fatwa:

4. Mufti him: a legitimate government and the answer to the question, and the answer would be derived from the Koran or the Sunnah, or unanimous.
