برنامج يساعدك في طرد همومك واحزانك ودفع الكروبات ، حيث يعرض كلمات وحكم كما جاءت في كتب عائض القرني ككتاب لا تحزن وكتاب كيف تكون اسعد الناس .
البرنامج يحتوي على اكثر من عشرون كلمة لدفع الخوف وخلق قوة نفسية ضد الهم والحزن ، ثم يليها كلمات تدفع للصبر على ما اصاب الانسان من بلاء ومعرفة ان كل ما كان من عند الله فهو خير له .
ثم يليها ادعية لدفع الكرب والهم كما جاءت في الاحاديث النبوية
من الدعاء الذي يبعد الهم والغم والنكد والوسواس ويأتي بانشراح للصدر:
اللهم إني عبدك، ابن عبدك، ابن أمتك، ناصيتي بيدك، ماض في حكمك، عدل في قضاؤك، أسألك بكل اسم هو لك سميت به نفسك، أو علمته أحدا من خلقك، أو أنزلته في كتابك ، أو استأثرت به في علم الغيب عندك، أن تجعل القرآن ربيع قلبي، ونور صدري، وجلاء حزني، وذهاب همي .
فقد أخبر النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم أن هذا الدعاء ما قاله أحد إلا أذهب الله همه، وأبدل مكان حزنه فرحا،
قالوا: يا رسول الله أينبغي لنا أن نتعلم هؤلاء الكلمات؟
