سنن و ادكار النوم

تطبيق اذكار النوم هي أقوال نكررها كل يوم ما قبل النوم . وقد ورد ذكر فضل اذكار في القرآن الكريم ، قال الله تعالى : " فَاذْكُرُونِي أَذْكُـرْكُمْ وَاشْكُرُواْ لِي وَلاَ تَكْفُرُونِ‏" ، " يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا اذْكُرُوا اللَّهَ ذِكْرًا كَثِيرًا " . " وَاذْكُر رَّبَّكَ فِي نَفْسِكَ تَضَرُّعاً وَخِيفَةً وَدُونَ الْجَهْرِ مِنَ الْقَوْلِ بِالْغُدُوِّ وَالآصَالِ وَلاَ تَكُن مِّنَ الْغَافِلِينَ " .
اذكار النوم غذاء الروح وله دور كبير في زرع الأمان في النفس والروح والمحافظة على علاقتنا بالله تعالى، وقد أوصانا رسول الله بتلاوة أذكار ما قبل النوم لما لها من أهمية ولأننا لا ندري إن كنا سنحيى بعدها أولا، لذلك أفضل عمل نقوم به قبل النوم هو الذكر الحكيم.
