رحلة ابن فضلان

أمر الخليفة العباسي المقتدر بالله سار ابن فضلان في رحلة طويلة و شاقة الى اصقاع من العالم كانت مجهولة و متوحشة. حيث يصف لنا الحياة في روسيا و البلغار و قبائل الفايكنغ قبل احدى عشر قرنا من الزمان و يروي ما شاهده من عجائب و غرائب تلك البلاد البعيدة بصورة مشوقة جعلت من رحلته من اهم المصادر التي يعتمدها الاوربيين للتعرف على حياة اجدادهم في تلك الفترة المظلمة من تاريخ اوربا.
