الملل .. بعض منا يشعر به دون أن يعلم ما هو .. وبعض أخر يقول أنه حاله إكتئاب وستذهب ,, وبعض يعتقد إنه روتين طبيعى في الحياه ..

من الممكن أن يكون الملل كل ذللك وأكثر .. ولكن يجب علينا معرفة أسبابه .. وكيفيه العلاج منه ,,

حتى تصبح حيــــاتنا جميلة ونستطيع أن نعيش ونتعايش معها بطريقه سليمة .
