باسم إسماعيل محمد الكربلائي منشد إسلامي (رادود حسيني) وملحن قصائد . ولد في مدينة كربلاء فيالعراق عام 1967 م وعاش طفولته فيها ، متزوج ولديه اربع اطفال أبرزهم علي باسم الذي اشترك معه في عدد من الإصدارات ، ابتدأ بدراسة القرآن الكريم والإنشاد على يد ملا تقي ، هجروا هو وعائلته الى ايران في عام 1980 م.
