الموسوعة الفقهية الكويتية

أكبر موسوعة فقهية في العصر الحديث في صورتها الإلكترونية، وهي صياغة عصرية وموثقة لتراث الفقه الإسلامي حتى القرن الثالث عشر الهجري. وصل عدد مجلداتها حتى الآن 39 مجلدا، وقد تم تبويبها في هيئة مصطلحات (حوالي 3000 مصطلح فقهي) مرتبة ترتيبا معجميا (ألفبائيا) للتيسير على الباحثين وطلاب العلم الشرعي. كما تم إضافة 200,000 إحالة من نص الموسوعة إلى مراجع الفقه المختلفة. وتعد هذه الموسوعة ثمرة التعاون بين وزارة الأوقاف والشئون الإسلامية بدولة الكويت التي أصدرت الموسوعة في نسختها الورقية ، وشركة حرف لتقنية المعلومات التي قامت بتطوير هذه النسخة الإلكترونية للموسوعة.
بدأ العمل في الموسوعة الورقية في عام 1386هـ ( الموافق 1967م)، حيث احتضنت وزارة الاوقاف والشئون الإسلامية في دولة الكويت هذا المشروع باعتباره من الفروض الكفائية التي يتم بها واجب تقديم الفقه بالصورة العصرية الداعية لتعلمه والميسرة للعمل به.
