الطب النبوي والحجامة

الطب النبوي هو مجموعة النصائح والهدي المنقولة عن النبي محمد في الطب الذي تطبب به ووصفه لغيره، وصلتنا على شكل أحاديث نبويه شريفه، بعضها علاجي وبعضها وقائي. وتناولت علاج أمراض القلوب والانفس والابدان والارواح، منها ما هوعلاج بالادويه الطبيعية ومنها ما هو علاج بالادويه الروحانيه وألأدعية والصلوات والقرآن.

ولما جاء الإسلام أقر ممارسة الحجامة؛ فقد مارسها رسول الله (صلى الله عليه وسلم)، ففي الصحيحين أن النبي (صلى الله عليه وسلم) احتجم وأعطى الحجَّام أجره، كما أثنى الرسول (صلى الله عليه وسلم) على تلك الممارسة، فقال كما جاء في البخاري: "خير ما تداويتم به الحجامة". وكان الأطباء العرب ممن استخدموا هذه الطريقة العلاجية.
الحجامة مع الفصادة أو بغيرها مندوب إليهما في السُّنة النبوية ، لقول النبي (ص) : ( إنَّ أمثلَ ما تَداوَيتُمْ بِهِ الحِجَامَةُ) ، وقوله (ص) : ( إِن كانَ في شيءٍ من أدويتِكُم خيرٌ ففي شَرْطَةِ محجمٍ ، أو شَرْبةِ عَسَلِ ، أو لَدْغَةٍ بنار تُوافِقُ الدَّواءَ ، وما أُحِبُّ أن أكتوي ). وقد بين فقهاء الشريعة الإسلامية أنه تسري على الحجامة الأحكام العامة التي تسري على التطبيب، فإذا نتج عن الحجامة ضرر بالمحتجم فليس على الحجَّام ضمان إذا راعى أصول الحجامة ولم يتجاوز ما ينبغي، أما إن أخطأ أو تجاوز أو كان جاهلاً بالصنعة فإنه يضمن.
