الأربعين نووية مع الشرح

أصل"الأربعون النووية" أن أبو عمرو بن الصلاح -رحمه الله تعالى- جمع في مجلس من مجالس تدريسه للحديث، جمع الأحاديث الكلية التي يدور عليها علم الشريعة، فجعلها ستة وعشرين حديثًا، فنظر فيها العلامة النووي -رحمه الله- فزادها ستة عشر حديثًا، فصارت الأحاديث التي اختارها النووي ثنتين أو اثنين وأربعين حديثًا، فسميت بالأربعين النووية تجوزًا.
ثم زاد عليها الحافظ الإمام عبد الرحمن بن أحمد بن رجب الحنبلي ثمانية أحاديث كلية أيضًا، وعليها مدار فهم بعض الشريعة، فصارت خمسين حديثًا، وهي التي شرحها في كتابه المسمى "جامع العلوم والحكم في شرح خمسين حديثًا من جوامع الكلم".

وأصل هذه الأحاديث في اختيارها على أنها جوامع كلم تدور عليها قواعد أمور الدين، فمنها :

ما يتصل بالإخلاص .
ومنها ما هو في بيان الإسلام وأركانه، والإيمان وأركانه.
ومنها ما هو في بيان الحلال والحرام .
ومنها ما هو في بيان الآداب العامة .
ومنها ما هو في بيان بعض صفات الله -جل وعلا-
ومنها في توقيف العبادات .
ومنها قاعدة الحلال والحرام .
ومنها قاعدة القدر.
وغيرها من القواعد الكلية المهمة التي تدور عليها أصول الشريعة الإسلامية .

هذه الأربعين نالت اهتمام أهل العلم من بعد الإمام النووي رحمه الله، حتى شرحها عددٌ من أهل العلم :

لاشك أن هناك شروحٌ مطولة مثل شرح ابن رجب رحمه الله، وهو شرح ميزته التطويل، فيذكر في الغالب جميع ما تحتوي عليه هذه الأحاديث، ويستحضر المسائل المستنبطة من هذه الأحاديث، ويدلل عليها من القرآن، من السنة، إذا كانت تحتوي على أحكام يفصلها، إذا كانت تحتوي على الترهيب والترغيب يستطرد في ذلك .
