أهم الاعشاب والنباتات الطبية

تطبيق للأعشاب الطبية يحتوي على أهم النباتات لكل نبتة اسم علمي واحد يجب الاعتماد عليه لكن الاسم المحلي والشائع في الغالب ينطبق على اكثر من نبات مثال ذلك نبات الخلة (Visnage) هناك الخلة البلدي (Ammi Visnaga) والخلة الشيطاني (Ammi Majus)، فالخلـة البلـدي يحـتـــوي علـى مــادة الخــلـــين (Khellin) التي تقلل من انقباضات عضلات الحالب وتساعد على ارتخائها فتوسعه وبذلك تمنع احتكاك جدرانه بالحصوة التي بداخله فيؤدي اتساع الحالب إلى مرور الحصوة الصغيرة الحجم إلى المثانة، بالإضافة إلى أن مغلى الخلة البلدي يستخدم كمدر للبول (Diuretic) أمــا بالنسبــة إلى الخلــة الشيطــاني : فلا تحتوي على مــادة الخلــين بل تحــتــوي عــلـى مــادة أمـويـــديــن (Ammoidin) التي تستخدم في علاج البهاق (Leucodermia).
فهذان النباتان هما في الحقيقة نوعان مختلفان لجنس واحد ومن الصعب على المواطن العادي أن يفرق بينهما فينجم عن هذا التشابه أخطاء تضر بالصحة.

تحتاج النباتات الطبية عند جمعها لوقت مناسب : >فالأوراق والقمم النامية للنبات تجمع في فصل الربيع : حيث تكون فيه غنية بالمكونات الفعالة كما هو الحال عند جمع نبات الداتورا (Datura) والبلادونا أما أزهار البابونج (الفلية) فتجمع من قبل أو بمجرد تكوين حبوب اللقاح أو قبل تفتح الأزهار كما في القرنفل ، أما الثمار فتجمع عند اكتمال نموها مثل نبات النخلة والنيسون والكروية أما الأفيون (عفى الله الجميع من تناوله) فهو يجمع قبل نضج ثماره.
أما في حالة الجذور والريزومات فهى تجمع في فصل الخريف حيث يتجه النبات إلى تخزين مكوناته الفعالة في مجموعه الجذري لمواجهة فترة الشتاء بعد أن يتوقف نشاطه في الجزء العلوي أو المجموع الخضري.
تتأثر المواد الفعالة بموعد جمعها خلال اليوم الواحد فقد وجد أن كمية الجليكوسيدات في نبات الديجتالس أثناء النهار قليلة فبالتالي يفضل جمعها مساءً على العكس في حالات النباتات العطرية التي تحتوي على زيوت طيارة تجمع باكرًا مثال الياسمين (Yasmine) قبل أن تفقد جزءاً من الزيوت نتيجة الارتفاع في درجة الحرارة أثناء الظهيرة.
كما أن بعض المركبات الفعالة تتأثر بموعد جمعها أثنــاء فصول السنــة فقد وجد ان نبات الراونــــد لا يحـــتوي علــى مــادة الانثراكينــــون
