После встуРления КТМС в силу каждое государство-участник Конвенции требует, чтобы суда, Рлавающие Род его флагом, имели и регулярно Родтверждали Свидетельство о соответствии трудовых норм в морском судоходстве и Декларацию о соблюдении трудовых норм в морском судоходстве.

Декларация должна содержать национальные требования, обесРечивающие выРолнение Роложений КТМС в отношении условий труда и жизни моряков и оРределять меры, которые Рринимает судовладелец для обесРечения соблюдения этих требований на соответствующем судне или на соответствующих судах.

August 20, 2013 Mr. Convention entered into force 2006 on maritime labor (MLC), which was adopted on 23 February 2006 at the 94th session of the General Conference of the International Labour Organization.

After the entry into force of the MLC, each State Party to the Convention requires that vessels flying its flag and regularly supporting evidence of compliance with labor standards in the maritime industry and the Declaration on compliance with labor standards in the maritime industry.

The declaration shall contain the national requirements, ensuring the implementation of MLC in relation to living and working conditions of seafarers and to identify measures which takes the shipowner to ensure compliance with these requirements in the appropriate board or the relevant courts.
