Sūrat al-Jumu`ah (سورة الجمعة, "Friday") is the 62nd chapter of the Qur'an with 11 verses. This chapter is called al-jumu`ah ("Friday") because it is a gathering day. Where people abandon trade,
transactions and other transfers that support the assembly to seek the Truth and Beneficence which covers everything and seeks exclusively "God's gifts".
This is Surah Madani. It seems that the first part of this Surah is revealed in the 7th year of Hijra after the Battle of Khaybar and the second part was revealed immediately after the Hijra in the first year of Hijra. Surah has 11 verses in 2 parts.
Surah speaks of the neglect of the Israelites in obeying God's command and becoming too much involved in worldly matters. They only carry God's Books, but fail to follow these books. Muslims are urged to celebrate Friday prayers and should not engage in business so as to ignore God's reason.

• God's virtue over Muslims that God sent His prophet among them to teach them and to sanctify them. The Israelites ignored the commandments of God.
