London Heathrow Landmarks LHR

Heathrow Landmarks LHR is an orientation aid for visitors to the skies over London showing all the famous landmarks that are visible from the air. Using a special implementation of Google Maps the application depicts the long final approaches to all four runways at London LHR and provides both satellite and map zoomable views of landmark locations. Historic palaces, buildings, thoroughfares, airfields, sports locations and bridges are included in a database of over 130 locations of interest

Whilst internet access is initially required for this application, map data will be cached for later use when internet is not available.
