Gopal Var

Part of the idea is that Gopal's presence as a comedian was actually in the meeting of Nadeiraj Krishna Chandra. Many say that there was no one in reality. But Nagendranath Das has claimed that the story of Gopal Bharwani is actually true. He also wrote a book titled 'Navadvip-tales or Maharaja Krishnachandra and Gopal Bhand'. In this book, he says, 'Not a joke', Gopal's title was 'No'. His grandfather was an absolute Tantric saint named 'Anandaram Naai'. And Gopal's father is not Dulalchandra, he was a nurse in the profession.
